Acceptable Use and Messaging Policy

1. Contact-sharing restrictions
Before the deposit workflow completes, users must not send phone numbers, email addresses, website links, social-media handles, QR codes, bank details or instructions designed to move the conversation off platform. Automated filters may block or flag attempts.
2. Payment conduct
Do not request an off-platform deposit, manipulate the agreed quote, disguise fees, use another business’s payment link or ask a customer to pay the remaining balance before the required sign-off conditions are met.
3. Prohibited content and behaviour
- Fraud, impersonation, harassment, threats, discrimination or hate.
- Illegal services, unsafe instructions, exploitation or regulated work without required authorisation.
- Malware, spam, scraping, automated abuse or interference with platform security.
- False qualifications, fabricated reviews, misleading pricing or duplicate accounts.
- Publishing another person’s private data without authority.
4. Files and documents
Only upload files relevant to a genuine service request, quote, invoice, completion record or dispute. Do not upload malicious, unlawful, excessive or third-party confidential material without permission.
5. Enforcement
HirePactly may warn, block content, restrict messaging, suspend accounts, preserve evidence or report conduct to appropriate authorities. Decisions consider severity, repetition, user safety and available evidence.
