1. Our aim
We aim for clear language, keyboard access, visible focus, meaningful labels, responsive layouts, sufficient contrast and compatibility with common assistive technologies.
2. Current limitations
Some complex dashboards, map interactions, uploaded documents and third-party payment/onboarding screens may not yet meet every accessibility requirement. PDF or image documents uploaded by users may not be accessible.
3. Requesting assistance
If you cannot access information or complete a process, email weborzotech@outlook.com. Tell us the page, device, browser, assistive technology and format you need.
4. Improvement and testing
We review accessibility during feature development and intend to test key customer and professional journeys against WCAG 2.2 AA principles. We welcome practical feedback.
