1. Controller

Weborzo Tech London Limited is the controller for HirePactly account, platform, support, moderation and security data. A professional may separately be a controller for customer information used to deliver their service.

2. Information we collect

• Identity, account, contact and login details.
• Professional business, service area, verification, insurance and qualification information.
• Job requests, quotations, messages, attachments, reviews and support communications.
• Deposit and fee transaction metadata from Stripe; HirePactly does not store full card numbers.
• Completion agreements, invoices, incomplete-work claims and audit records.
• Approximate location, postcode, device, IP address, security and usage information.

4. Who we share data with

We may share necessary data with the selected customer or professional, Stripe, Cloudflare, email/SMS providers, identity or fraud-prevention providers, advisers, insurers, regulators, courts and law-enforcement bodies. We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Some service providers may process data outside the UK. Where required, we use an adequacy regulation, approved contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism.

6. Retention

• Account and contract records: generally while active and up to 6 years afterward where needed for legal claims and accounting.
• Payment, invoice and tax records: generally 6 years or longer if law requires.
• Sign-off, dispute and safety records: normally up to 6 years after closure.
• Security logs: normally up to 12 months unless needed for investigation.
• Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn or you object, with a suppression record retained.

7. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. Contact us to exercise a right. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

8. Security

We use access controls, encrypted transport, protected sessions, audit records and restricted document storage. No system is completely secure, so users should use unique passwords and report suspected compromise promptly.

9. Children

HirePactly is not intended for people under 18 and we do not knowingly allow children to create accounts.
