Reviews and Ratings Policy

1. Who may review
A customer may review the selected professional after the platform records the job as completed. Generally, one review is allowed per completed job.
2. Review standards
Reviews must be honest, relevant, based on first-hand experience and written without threats, discrimination, personal data, advertising or unsupported allegations of criminal conduct.
3. Moderation
Reviews are pending until approved by an administrator. Approval means the review met publication rules; it is not an endorsement of the opinion or professional. We may request evidence, edit only for privacy where appropriate, reject or remove content.
4. Rating calculation
Only approved reviews count toward the public average and review total. Completed-job counts are based on platform records and may not represent all work performed by a professional.
5. Professional responses
Professionals may be offered a right to respond. Responses must follow the same standards and must not disclose confidential customer information.
6. Challenges and appeals
A user may report a review believed to be fake, unlawful or contrary to this policy. HirePactly will review the available platform record but does not determine defamation or other legal claims.
