Platform Terms of Use

1. Who operates HirePactly

HirePactly is a trading name of Weborzo Tech London Limited T/A HirePactly, company number 13102067, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 65 Croxley View, Watford, England, WD18 6PA.

2. HirePactly’s role

HirePactly provides an online introduction, quotation, protected messaging, deposit, sign-off, review and record-keeping platform. Independent professionals, not HirePactly, advertise and provide the underlying services.

3. Accounts and eligibility

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
• Information supplied must be accurate, current and not misleading.
• You are responsible for account security and activity conducted through your account.
• We may request identity, business, insurance, qualification or payment verification.

4. Marketplace process

1. A customer posts a service request.
2. Matching professionals may communicate and quote through protected platform tools.
3. Contact details remain hidden until the customer deposit and applicable professional success fee are confirmed.
4. The professional delivers the service under the accepted quote and any agreed variations.
5. Both parties upload or complete the required sign-off. An open incomplete-work claim blocks the final-payment-link workflow.
6. The professional collects the remaining balance directly using their own payment method.

5. User conduct

You must comply with our Acceptable Use and Messaging Policy. You must not bypass fees, share contact details before permitted, manipulate reviews, impersonate another person, upload unlawful material or misuse personal data.

6. Charges and payments

The initial deposit is processed as part of the hiring flow. HirePactly may charge a customer platform fee and a professional success fee. The remaining service balance is not collected by HirePactly and is paid directly to the professional after the completion conditions are met. 7. User content and licence

You retain ownership of material you upload. You grant HirePactly a limited licence to host, process, display and share it as necessary to operate the marketplace, investigate disputes, comply with law and protect users.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change features, security controls or these terms. Material changes will be notified through the platform or by email where appropriate.

9. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, HirePactly is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, timing or outcome of professional services, or for direct arrangements and remaining-balance payments between users.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or close accounts where reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, fee avoidance, serious complaints, unlawful activity or breach of these terms. Users may request account closure, subject to retaining records required for contracts, tax, disputes and legal obligations.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory rights to bring proceedings in the courts applicable to them.
